Cancellation Agreement

This Cancellation Agreement explains how to cancel a subscription, how to delete your account, how refunds work, and what happens to your data afterwards. Nearo is operated by Anhui Zhigang Network Technology Co., Ltd.

Cancellation conditions

You may cancel a subscription at any time. You may delete your Nearo account at any time. We do not require a reason, and we do not impose any cancellation fee. The Service must be used in compliance with our Terms of Service up to and including the moment of cancellation.

If your account is currently suspended or restricted for a suspected violation, you may still delete it, but doing so does not waive any claim either party may have arising from that violation.

How to cancel

Cancel a subscription

• iOS — App Store. Open the Settings app on your device → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Nearo → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation is handled by the App Store, not from within the Nearo app.
• Android — Google Play. Open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nearo → Cancel subscription.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep access to any paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. The subscription does not renew after that.

Delete your account

• Inside the app. Open Nearo → Mine → Settings → Delete account. Follow the on-screen prompts. The action is final once confirmed.
• By email. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address registered on your account at service@ahzhigang.cn with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within a reasonable period.

Subscription billing

• All subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by the Company directly.
• The title, length, and content of each subscription, along with its price and billing period, are shown in your app store before you confirm the purchase.
• On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• If a renewal fails (for example because your payment method has expired) Apple or Google will normally retry the charge. If retries fail, your subscription ends.
• If we change subscription prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
• Promotional pricing (introductory offers, free trials) reverts to standard pricing at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel beforehand. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that plan.

Refunds

Because Apple and Google process all paid transactions, we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. Refund requests are governed by:

• Apple's refund policy — request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Google's refund policy — request a refund inside Google Play, or via Google's refund help page.
• Your local statutory rights — some jurisdictions (EU, UK, parts of Australia, China) give consumers a statutory withdrawal or refund right that overrides the platform's policy. We honour these rights to the extent the law requires.

Where the platform refunds you, the refund is final and any paid features associated with that period are revoked at the same time.

Data after cancellation

Once your account is deleted:

• Your profile becomes invisible to other users immediately.
• Your photos, posts, captions, comments, replies, likes, and interest tags are erased from our active systems within a reasonable period.
• Residual copies may persist in our backups for a limited period after deletion.
• We may retain a minimal record (hashed identifier, deletion date) for a limited period to prevent banned users from re-registering and to comply with law.
• We may retain transaction records and other records that we are legally required to keep (for example for tax purposes) for the period required by applicable law.

You can request a copy of your data before deletion by emailing service@ahzhigang.cn.

Disclaimer

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We cannot recover deleted profiles, photos, posts, comments, or interest tags. If you change your mind and re-install Nearo after deletion, you will have to create a new account from scratch.

If you cancel a subscription and then re-subscribe, any introductory offer or trial that you previously used will not be available again.

Disputes

Any dispute arising from this Cancellation Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If you believe your cancellation or refund has not been handled correctly, email us first at service@ahzhigang.cn and we will respond within 14 days. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before the competent people's court with jurisdiction at the registered seat of Anhui Zhigang Network Technology Co., Ltd., and the dispute resolution procedure set out in our Terms of Service applies. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
